COP21 – A Large Gap in National Commitments Remains
In the lead up to COP21 meeting in Paris, the Climate Action Tracker (CAT) gave an assessment of the likely effectiveness of Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDC’s) for mitigating greenhouse pollution and limiting Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW).
